Colen E. Davidson, Jr.

Colen has 29 years of land development and construction experience and has personally managed and invested in all aspects of the project lifecycle --from concept through development and launch. With over $1 billion in projects to his credit, Colen has played a vital role in thousands of projects under his supervision. Colen also co-founded a shared-office space provider with five locations in Cary and Durham, NC.

Mark Alviano

Mark is a commercial real estate firm leader and individual investor in the fast-growing Raleigh-Durham market of North Carolina, serving as an investment broker, deal sponsor, fund syndicator, general partner, and passive limited partner alongside other industry professionals and individual clients.  Mark is among the top realtors in the nation having achieved membership in the prestigious Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) based on his superior transaction volume, educational and professional credentials.  His career began in 1995 with international CPA firm of Deloitte.
